Oil and Gas Drilling at Zion?

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has proposed opening up new oil and gas leasing parcels immediately adjacent to Zion National Park. The proposal has no market justification – none of the existing leases in the region are being used and there is a glut of oil and gas on the market.
