Bryce Canyon

Bryce Canyon represents a 60 million year masterpiece of erosion, ice, snowmelt, and weather extremes. The hoodoos are constantly changing. One well-publicized formation, the Spire, toppled over during the first snowstorm of this season. We hiked the rim, walked among the amazing sculptures, and experienced the beginnings of a cold snap/snow storm at Rainbow Point, elevation 9,000 ft.
